Processing Time

Example If you place an order on Saturday, it will not be processed until Monday.
If you place an order on Tuesday, it will be processed by Thursday.
What are normal business hours for Self Remedy?

  • Self Remedy normally operates Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What if I emailed you and haven’t heard back from you yet?
Please allow at least 2 business day (which excludes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) before re-submitting a follow up email.

 

Digital Products

  • Please note all digital products are nonrefundable

  • Please make sure you are ordering the correct product before processing payments

  • workbooks, journals and downloadable sheets for your convenience please download within 24 to 48 hours

  • Self RemedyLLC is not responsible for re-sending out digital products if not downloaded within allotted time frame

  • You are responsible for downloading all material purchased in a timely matter

We are accept exchanges on unworn and unopened package, received in 14 days of the original ship date. The shipping fees associated with the exchange is solely the customers responsibility, please email selfremedy@gmail.com with the picture of the item and your order number in the subject line.

 

What is your return/ refund policy?

Do we grant refunds? At this time we are not processing refunds. Make sure you read the product description before placing orders. Self Remedy will only offer exchanges for products. Please note that before any exchange, we must receive order numbers and picture documenting the justified reasoning behind the exchange. Self Remedy reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective. We can at anytime decline an exchange or store credit for products.

  • Provide your name, shipping address and order number

  • In order to exchange an item you must provide a picture and it must be approved by Self Remedy LLC before an exchange is granted.

  • If an exchange is granted please note;

  • The shipping and handling fees are non refundable

  • You must exchange merchandise within 14 days of purchase

  • Item must be unwashed or unworn

  • In the original packaging and unopened

  • Tags must be attached to apparel and returned in protective plastic bag

Are there any charges for returns ?

  • Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer

I gave the wrong address with my order, what should I do?
Please email Self Remedy with the correct address within 24 hours. Please note, once your order has been shipped I can not change the shipping address nor is Self Remedy LLC responsible for package sent to the wrong address. It isyour responsibility to check your address before submitting payment.
I have not received tracking info for my order, has my order shipped?
Majority of the time you will not automatically receive tracking info, however, that does not mean tracking information for your order is not available. Please email selfremdy@gmail.com  with your name and order number and someone from our team will be happy to provide you with the information.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order please do it before it has been processed. Once your order has been processed it cannot be cancelled . Please email selfremedy@gmail.com with cancel order and your order number in the subject line
